You might think it’s too early for Valentine’s Day, but it’s actually really late. Not too late for the Douglas County Libertarian Party to get a 30-day ban from Facebook for a post from last February. This image mocks dictators and people with a poor understanding of economics. Did this get caught by a bot sweep nearly a year later, or was it reported by a humorless fan of one of these ‘leaders’? We’ll never know.
This does mean you can’t find DCLP’s events for January on Facebook. This includes their business meeting on Jan. 14th, 7pm at Pat & Mike’s in Omaha, or Karaoke Night with the 50/50 Raffle on January 16th, 7:30 @ Rusty Nail Lounge.
