Over the past week, we have seen the horrific damage and suffering across the states affected by the incredibly strong hurricanes, slamming our coast. We have seen the absolute lack of support coming from our own government for those citizens in need. Once again, they remind us where we stand in their priority list.
As such the Libertarian Party of Nebraska has decided to step forward and offer our assistance to those in need. We will be running a fundraiser to be able to send supplies and aid to the victims of hurricane Helene and the impending hurricane Milton. We will be matching all donations up to $1000 and give our word that every dollar we receive is put directly into hurricane relief.
Please go to lpne.org/donate and make sure that in your comments you put down that it is for hurricane relief fundraiser so we can make sure not one single penny is missed.
All of our donations will be sent to Libertarian Mutual Aid.. They are already preparing caravans for Florida. Every cent will be used to support the communities and families in the hurricane’s path.
